General Terms and Conditions
- These sales terms apply to purchases made by customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") of the Prodroneparts.com online store, operated by Front42 OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "Prodroneparts.com").
- By registering as a user on Prodroneparts.com and/or purchasing products, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions and the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Prodroneparts.com reserves the right to amend the sales terms and prices. Any such changes will be reflected on the Prodroneparts.com website.
Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
- Prodroneparts.com sells and the Customer purchases the products offered in the online store.
- The sales agreement between Prodroneparts.com and the Customer enters into force upon receipt of the payment for the order to the bank account of Front42 OÜ.
By placing an order and making a payment on the Prodroneparts.com website, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the sales terms.
Prices
- All prices displayed in the Prodroneparts.com online store are in euros and include 24% VAT.
- Prodroneparts.com reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer places an order before a price change takes effect, the price at the time of the order will apply. The Customer is not entitled to claim compensation for price differences.
Order Processing and Payment
- The Customer can choose from the following payment methods: bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor) or credit card. The Customer must pay 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.
- The sales agreement is considered concluded and order fulfillment begins once full payment has been received.
Delivery
- After the sales agreement enters into force (i.e., payment is received), Prodroneparts.com will process the order and hand it over to its logistics partners for delivery.
- Delivery times indicated on the website apply from the moment of payment.
- The Customer must immediately notify Prodroneparts.com of any changes to the delivery address or agreed delivery time before the product is dispatched.
- Accurate and complete order information is essential to avoid delays or misunderstandings. Prodroneparts.com is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
Right of Withdrawal
- According to § 56 (1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. To return a product, the Customer must submit a free-form return request to sales@prodroneparts.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The request must include the Customer’s name, product name, and invoice or order number.
- Refunds will be issued promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Claims Procedure
- According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to submit claims for non-conformity of goods within 2 years of receiving the product. For defects occurring within the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase, unless proven otherwise.
- The Customer must notify Prodroneparts.com of any defects via email at sales@prodroneparts.com, including their name, contact details, and a description of the defect.The claim must be submitted no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
- Prodroneparts.com is not liable for:
- Damage caused by the Customer’s misuse or negligence.
- Defects resulting from improper use.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Liability and Force Majeure
- Prodroneparts.com and the Customer are liable for damages caused by breach of these terms in accordance with Estonian law.
- Prodroneparts.com is not liable for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy
- By using the Prodroneparts.com website, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data.
- Prodroneparts.com uses the Customer’s information solely for fulfilling orders and does not share it with third parties.
Other Terms
Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Protection Board or a court. Prodroneparts.com also reserves the right to seek legal remedies in court.
