1. General Terms
1.1. These sales terms apply to the rights and obligations arising between the customers of the Prodroneparts.com online store (hereinafter the Customer) and Front42 OÜ (hereinafter Prodroneparts.com) when purchasing goods.
1.2. Upon registering as a user of Prodroneparts.com and/or purchasing products, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
1.3. Prodroneparts.com reserves the right to change the sales terms and prices. These changes will be reflected on the Prodroneparts.com website.
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising between the customers of the Prodroneparts.com online store (hereinafter the Customer) and Front42 OÜ (hereinafter Prodroneparts.com) when purchasing goods.
By registering as a user of Prodroneparts.com and/or purchasing products, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
Prodroneparts.com reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and to the sale prices. Said changes will be reflected on the Prodroneparts.com website.
2. Prices and Entry into Force of the Sales Contract
2.1. All prices are in euros and include value-added tax (VAT).
2.2. Prodroneparts.com reserves the right to adjust prices. If an order was submitted before the price change, the price reflected on the invoice at the time the order was placed shall apply.
2.3. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the total amount due according to the order confirmation into the bank account of Front42 OÜ.
2.4. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
3. Payment and Delivery
3.1. The Customer shall pay 100% of the order amount by choosing a suitable payment method (bank links or credit card).
3.2. After receiving the payment, Prodroneparts.com will assemble the order and hand it over to its logistics partners.
3.3. Delivery terms apply from the moment the invoice is paid.
3.4. The Customer is required to provide accurate information. Prodroneparts.com is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
4. Right of Return (14 days)
4.1. A private consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2. Important restriction: The product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature and functioning.
In the case of drones, the device must not have been flown in a manner that causes visible wear, and it must not have been software-activated.
4.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4.4. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, except if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4.5. To make a return, an application must be sent to the e-mail address sales@prodroneparts.com. The payment shall be refunded without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the application.
5. Submitting Claims and Warranty
5.1. A private consumer has a statutory 2-year right to file a claim.
First 12 months: During the first 12 months, the burden of proving the nature of the defect lies with the seller.
Next 12 months: During the following 12 months, the burden of proving the nature of the defect lies with the consumer.
5.2. Warranty for legal entities: The 2-year period of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. A limited warranty applies:
Drones: 12 months.
Soccer drones: 6 months (not meant for intensive use due to the intensive nature of the sport).
5.3. Special conditions for drone soccer drones: Since this is a contact sport, private individuals are provided with a 12-month warranty on electronics.
5.4. The warranty does not cover:
Mechanical damage (collisions, drops, frame breakage).
Consumables (propellers, batteries, protective nets, natural wear and tear of motors).
Environmental impacts (moisture, sand, dirt) and unauthorized repair/software modification.
6. Handling Warranty Cases
6.1. The defect must be reported to sales@prodroneparts.com no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
6.2. The product must be delivered for diagnostics. If it turns out that the fault was caused by user error (e.g., crash logs indicate pilot error), diagnostics and repair shall be subject to a fee.
7. Liability and Privacy
7.1. Prodroneparts.com is liable for direct damage caused by a violation of these terms within the scope provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. Prodroneparts.com is not liable for force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
7.3. By using the website, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Data will not be disclosed to third parties.
8. Other Conditions
8.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or to the court.
