Products purchased from the Prodroneparts.com online store are subject to the warranty and return policies provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Product Returns
- The Customer must notify Prodroneparts.com of their intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to sales@prodroneparts.com.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds for returned products will be issued promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return request.
